I’ve been reaching out for about a week now, no communication.
Similar to Maegan's review below -- I have called, emailed, texted numerous times over the last week - no response. The phone number doesn't even have voice-mail available, says the mailbox is full. Non-existent communication and customer service.
Over the last few weeks I have sent 2 emails and called/left messages 5 times about booking a trolley for my wedding. I never received a response, terrible customer service and communication. UPDATE: I tried calling and left 2 more messages over the last few days. I would never recommend this company as you are unable to reach them in any way.
