My wife and I had our massages booked and confirmed via text. We show up and they say that we aren’t in the system and aren’t booked. Even though an employee confirmed (in writing) that we were and we even filled out the forms asking us all the questions. They didn’t offer us a free message or anything, they more or less blamed my wife for not texting back fast enough and said they would give us a free steam room to sweeten our deal. I’ve gotten a few massages there, they have all been good. The salt room is very relaxing too.
Went for girt certificate for wife’s birthday. The ladies at front desk fixed me up to not FAIL. They were great
I had a 90 min massage with John today and all I can say is wow! My neck and shoulders have not felt this good for a long time. I have already scheduled for next month. Very impressed and I will sleep excellent tonight!
This place is amazing. I’ve had a lot of facials through the years, but THIS experience was by far the best yet. I believe Jessie was the one who did my facial. So relaxing. The massage part was fantastic. And my skin has felt incredible even days afterwards. The salt room I believe is included with any booked service. It’s worth it.
