The salt room heals my body any time I have inflammation or just need an hour to myself. Such a relaxing spa with a great staff!

I had an amazing experience with McKenzie at Third Coast Salt Spot in Mount Juliet. She did a great job—my 60-minute deep tissue massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. I also got to enjoy the steam sauna afterward, and oh my goodness… I absolutely loved it. Since I went on a Wednesday, I basically had the space to myself. I had an amazing experience! I had my first micro needling treatment by Katelyn and she did a wonderful job and was so kind to me through the full procedure. Later that day I even received a text from the owner, Shari checking on me. They both made me feel very valued as a client and I am so thrilled this is the place I chose for my first experience. The owner truly cares about every client !
always have a stellar experience at Third Coast Salt! I've had several massages at Third Coast Salt (their old and new locations) and enjoyed each one. There new spa is absolutely gorgeous and feels so high end. Highly recommend!
