This was my first visit to 3rd Coast Retina and from the initial intake phone call to the appt day and after his staff both business and clinical were phenomenal. Very nice, courteous, and thorough. I felt like I was in very good and capable hands.
Dr. Warren and his team were exceptional from the moment I arrived until I walked out the door! I appreciated how gentle Dr Warren was with my eyes. Dr. Warren is clear, organized, and provided a course of treatment immediately. I look forward to continuing my care with THIRD COAST RETINA!
The single best group of professionals I’ve ever been to. I have some fairly serious eye issues and they make the entire experience not only tolerable, but I look forward to seeing their team!! Every element from the decor, vibe, convenience, professionalism, technology, efficiency, friendliness, smell, everything is great!! What sets them apart is the people. This staff has become my friends. Sooooo kind, fun, and wonderful. I can NOT say enough great things about Dr. Warren and his entire team!! 100/100 rating!! Truly.
I can't recommend Dr. Warren and his team enough. After struggling to get a follow-up for my eye issues, I was referred to him by Dr. Danos for PVD OS. The staff was incredibly kind and supportive, making the whole experience much easier. Dr. Warren himself was patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the tests and what I could expect moving forward. From the moment that you walk in the door you are greeted with how can I put this like you're part of the family they're all great there Dan the all the girls that take the other tests of your eyes I'm sorry girls there's too many of you that I didn't remember your names and of course Dr Warren. But the best part of all is Dr Warren's puppy I love that dog he just made my day he's my little buddy and I don't get to see him for another year but I will enjoy all the memories thank you Dr Warren.
