let me start off by saying jose is a con artist. he says whatever needs to be said to gain your trust. 1. 2 hours late. and i had 9am appt. 2. he quoted a price i was very happy with. however when he arrived the tried to charge 4x the amount. 1200$ is way too much to clean!!! 3. finally got him to do what he quoted and i guess since i didn’t let him get over on me. he was done cleaning my pool in 15 mins and the pool looked exactly like it did when he started. 4. i refused to pay. so he grabbed a generator we had in the pool... read more

Justin did a fantastic job building our new pool, from the proposal phase to the final punch list and pool school. I obtained 7 bids for our design, and Justin was reasonably priced and the easiest to work through the design with, including multiple visit to the house to walk through the design. Our pool was built in 4 weeks (April/May) from the dig start to swimming. All of the subs did great and were always happy to review the plan, and Justin was always around to check on the progress. Mr. Scarpetta (Third Coast Premier Pools) still owes our family a refund of our pool project deposit after he suddenly resigned the project in August 2022 after failing to progress the project even through the initial permit process with Piney Point Village over a 5+ month period of March - August 2022! Mr. Scarpetta initially refused to provide the refund despite failing to progress the project through permits, but later relented after Piney Point Village found that his design breached a material setback rendering his desig... read more

Justin,with Third Coast Pools resurfaced our pool. He was fantastic from start to finish! He helped us pick out the color, he made recommendations, and he explained every step of the process. He answered all of our questions and in a timely matter. The job took 3 days from start to finish. Now that the pool is finished he is guiding us with the chemicals needed for start up. We could not have made a better choice for this job. We highly recommend Third Coast Pools.
