Perfect first time experience kayaking made possible by buddy working solo with smile on his face while juggling the tasks of launching kayaks, checking people in, fielding questions and being an all-around good kid and great representative for your company. I imagine we can rent kayaks many places locally, but this place will receive our business on his merit... I just wish I'd caught his name to give him a shout out. A lovely river, especially at 9 am, with eagles, turtles, other birds. I’m pretty sure a loon landed in front of me for about 10 seconds! I liked the solo kayak, easy to paddle with nice stability and speed. Only had 1 hour, but I will rent for 2 hours next time. The young man who launched me was very good at his job. Thanks!
