We purchased a townhouse here a year ago. So far we have been ok besides neighbors and being blamed for parking in someone else's parking spot. It's a nice neighborhood the area is kept well and maintained. Hopefully this summer the pool will open and the club house.

The property manager doesn’t care about the grounds or the people living here at all. He hires cheap and they always end up costing more cause they mess it up. The pool hasn’t been open since the summer of 2019, so since Covid. Our water is off till further notice and we weren’t able to prepare because we got NO NOTICE that they had plans to work on it. The grounds are in constant disarray and being repaired. The repairs are often faulty and cause even more issues as the HOA hires cheap incompetent help. The board is nosey and predatory at best. The reviews redeeming low fees can no longer be considered as they’ve gone up over $140/mo in recent years. Cars are constantly broken into, they don’t care and do nothing. The worst thing hands-down about living here is everything that happens outside my walls.
The HOA does a great job keeping the fees low and still taking care of the complex. This is a great place to live.
