It was a very unpleasant experience. I had an appointment at 3 pm, but they told me to wait for half an hour when I arrived. They didn't call or text me in advance. The clinic closes at 5 pm, and the doctor was about to leave at 4 pm. I have top 90 insurance, and I have confirmed many times with the insurance company that regular treatments have no upper limit. The dentist is good but reception staff aren’t. Bad internal processes. I took a mould of my mouth in to get retainers made (I have had this done many times before). Upon receiving my new retainers I was told that they had thrown out the mould of my mouth. The reception was adamant that it is standard process to dispose. This is despite the dentist saying they shouldn’t have been thrown out and all the other times I have had retainers made they weren’t thrown out.
