I hired Third Art, led by Regi, to scrape and paint the soffit and fascia around our house, and to do some carpentry. They also, at my request, identified other areas that needed touching up since we last painted 4 years ago. In two areas, Regi painted the entire exterior wall to make sure it looked good (see pic). The Third Art Painting Service team did a great job replacing trim and painting our house. We had considerable amounts of wood rot that they did an excellent job repairing, some of which was in difficult spots to access. The team was prompt, efficient and friendly, and very help in identifying solutions to various problems. I give them my highest recommendation and would use them again without hesitation.
I entertained 3 estimates before choosing Third Art Painting, who was recommended by my neighbor. Regi was able to satisfactorily explain how they would proceed. The crew was friendly and hard workers. They did some minor repairs at no extra charge. There were some areas of rot they repaired at an additional, but fair cost. The house looks great! We are contracting them again for another project.
The Third Art Painting crew was absolutely fantastic! They did a wonderful job on our home’s exterior paint job, were responsive, efficient, and truly demonstrated they cared a lot about our project and our home. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with!
Fantastic experience. Very prompt, professional and easy communication and planning. Full house paint job was done on time, with no surprises. I would highly recommend.
