My in-laws AC went on the fritz yesterday, and my brother-in-law was on hospice care. Jay made it a priority to come out that day and see to getting it repaired. My brother-in-law died today, but Jay made his home as comfortable as possible with the little time he had left. Thir is a good reliable business, but it has something extra that is sorely missing in a lot of the world today. Compassion. Thank you, Jay.

My experience with Jay from start to finish was absolutely amazing. He is hands down one of the most honest and professional people that I’ve ever dealt with. He makes his own ductwork, he uses a QUALITY furnace with an excellent warranty. He walks you through how to use everything and makes the whole process go seamlessly. Price for installation was definitely reasonable for all the work that was done. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!

Our furnace crapped the bed and we had to make a service call to Thir on a weekend. Jay came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had our problem fixed within an hour on the coldest day of the year. I’d highly recommend this family business to anyone. I’ll be calling them again if my AC decides to go next.
