Had a minor warranty issue with a thin tank 3 years old. When contacted thin tanks gave a positive response and within a week tradesmen attended our premises and resolved the matter to our satisfaction. From our point of view it is refreshing to deal with a company that stands by their product. Thankyou Mark B Prospect.

I rang this morning and spoke to Ann for advice in regards to installation.She sent Ben straight away. Ben gave me valuable advice and even provided me with extra ball valve and installed it as well rather than paying more than a $1,000.I wish to thank the whole team of Thintanks especially Ben and Ann for great after sale service. Bought a 4000 L tank from Thintanks. It leaked. They patched it. It leaked again. They sent another tank. It filled up nicely then began to leak. I lost confidence in the product and asked for a refund. A partial refund was received minus the installation fee. This was a very disappointing and slightly greedy response from a company this size. I won't bother with Thintanks again. We only get autumn/winter rain here near Perth so it's been years of drama and lost rainwater for me.
My partner replaced her old rusted out tank with a 2k litre fat tank.Installation was very simple with a minimum of effort and a few pipe connections..had to lift the rear side 50 mm..thought about using wood then decided otherwise...went t our local major hardware and gathered some artificial wood block samples (plastic)...used these so i wont have to replace these in later years due to termite destruction...just bought her the planter boxes to attached to tank for Xmas...hope she enjoys them..service was outstanding..deliv... read more
