Purchased two of their products online, their website is wonky & they sent me the wrong color. They want me to pay to ship them back so they can replace them with the correct color. When speaking to the manager she doesn’t understand that it’s their websites fault. Worst customer service ever? Beware if you order.
This is my first experience with reading glasses I was looking at many different retailers, I found ThinOptics and I am really glad I did because its all the time with me on my keys, and other one omg my computer desk. I used it for a while and nose pads fail, so I go to ThinOptics website for replacement, in few days -Voilà! got it fast and free s/h! Love you ThinOptics!!! Not my best experience. I ordered glasses about 3 month ago, didn't get any receipt, confirmation or anything. After I complain I disnt get any answer till I post some info on tweeter, but I have get my package, no help from the company, just a tracking number and a do it yourself mode to solve my problem.
One of the very best companies I’ve dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble. A+++++++++.
