I would stay as far as possible from Carlos. Not only is he one of the worst architects we have worked with but he went radio silent on us costing us over 50k in additional carrying costs. His temperament is emotional and distressed when you make suggestions and then becomes defensive if you ask him questions. Save yourself the headache and trouble don’t deal with them . They don’t check email , pick up the phone they don’t do nothing . A 2 to 3 weeks project turned into 6 months still nothing

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Thinline Group. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. I initially paid $2000 as a down payment, with the understanding that the work would be completed within a month and a half. Little did I know that I was in for a rollercoaster ride of frustration and incompetence. From the beginning, communication was a major issue.
