I’ve always had good service there.
The actual wellness check was nice. Doctor and staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean. Wait was a bit long. Make sure to double check your insurance is network because they will NOT tell you until after they send you a bill even though they have your insurance information.
I tried to bring my daughter in for a strep test early Wednesday morning. We were the only ones there. Not another sole around. The check-in process took over 20 minutes. They sent us upstairs to meet with a primary care Dr. We already have one of those, I just needed a quick strep test. After waiting more time, come to find out the primary care Dr they sent us to doesn’t see children.
