Someone in crisis waits from august to November to be told "group therapy starts January and if that doesnt work then we will offer more" this person is neurodivergent and has dealt with some really difficult things in life. Not to mention how they are an extremely private person! No wonder people are overdosing after crying for help for months if this is the kind of support offered. Absolutely disgraceful
Not sure about these comments but the therapist I have been speaking to makes me feel like shit. Doesn’t acknowledge that I’m poorly and instead questions me like they’re interogating me and putting words in my mouth like they know what I want when I haven’t even said that . Tried being open and honest but didn’t get any sympathy at all from them. I’ve never spoke to a councillor who talks to you this way. He was very easy to talk to and after many years of feeling down but not knowing the underlying reason he was able to link it all together unlock it.
