Scammers! If you are a girl beware of buying anything from here. They are sexist and think girls are dumb and won't know the difference. gf ordered a 170 dollar Thanos statue for my birthday we received it June 3rd and they sent a obvious used item. No protective packaging, base items scratched and chipped and Thanos was put in face down. They have refused to contact us and I have already contacted my lawyer. Never buy anything from this place

I had a defective item and they didn't care at all. "That is unfortunate but we can't help you" and since they were bought out it, customer service and product quality has sharply gone down hill. If you use them then you are gambling with your money

I ordered and item and tried to cancel the same evening, even called first thing the next morning at 9am to stop the 3pm shipment. No Luck. Now I have an item I really would have been happy to exchange before shipping occurred that I would have to pay double what the item cost to ship back. I'm over this company and sticking with Amazon Prime. I apparently am more valuable to them.
