Updating this in regards to my coworkers--they went out of business. Very unfortunate to such a talented staff. I completely blame most of the staff who were in charge of the people on the phones (Jason Hol, Brian Parker.) and went about sales in a scammy way and archaic practices. Would not recommend making any of those two managers people in powerful positions--they take advantage of the role and run it down to the ground. Literally.
So I am writing this review in hopes that I can direct people into another option. This is coming from an employee that has worked with Think Direct Marketing Group since January of 2021 and worked under two programs. One required a skillset for outbound calling and transferring, and the other program required moreso a skillset for inbound calls with the occasional cold calling. DONT WORK HERE THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE FOR WFH T-MOBILE POSITION..ITS NOT REALLY TMOBILE THE WHOLE COMPANY IS A SCAM..MARY, JASON, BRIAN PARKER ARE THE WORST SUPERVISORS..THE COMPANY HAS A LOW RATE WITH KEEPING EMPLOYEES..SO PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID!
