All I know is, thINK4Inc near Sprouts are heroes in my book. I rarely print and had an HP printer. HP sells for a low price but it was ALWAYS drying up and needing new ink. thINK4Inc told me to get a Brother printer and I did, it NEVER runs dry and I've had it for years now. I see it cycling periodically to keep it from drying up and clogging I think. I got rid of my HP, wouldn't even it give it to a thrift store because I saw it as a total rip off of ink abuse. Very nice people here. Didn't buy anything because they didn't have exactly what we needed but they were VERY helpful and we will be back to make a purchase.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people! This is the best place in the Prescott area for all your needs related to your printer. They do repairs and sell printers as well.
