Extremely poor service. Waiting over 4 weeks to get someone to come & assess for underground irrigation; over 1 wk later, I asked where the quote was. I was told I'll get in that afternoon. Rang 2.5 days later, was told the person has gone on leave for 2 weeks; no one else can do the quote!!!!!! Abject: 0 out of 10. JF
Thanks to Sam for the help today. He was very efficient and found the spa pump I needed in next to no time. I’m impressed.
They had the right product after I have searched all over Rocky for it. Well done.
