I have been using Thinkwater services for over 8 years. They have never disappointed. Great service and advice at the shop. Last week they replaced our bore pump, 55 meters below ground surface. It had been damaged by lighting. Kaleb was efficient, ingenious, meticulous and fast. Prices are fair. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My family is many thousands of dollars out of pocket after purchasing an aerator from think water that was supplied and installed by them with incorrect accessories. We’ve had electricians working at our property trying to diagnose the follow on issues and why we couldn’t get it to work. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. We’ve had to resort to going into the store to attempt to get help. I would never purchase from them again.
