My pensioner mother hired Think Water Geraldton to reset her retic before heading to Perth for two months during Christmas/ Summer. The worker didn't set the retic which was my mother's main request. When she returned home, her lawn was burnt to a crisp. Over the Christmas period my mother was busy helping my brother and his two kids, so didn't get the chance to check emails as frequently as she normally would.
