To avoid a $4 service fee, you need to either write them a check, or tell your bank to send them one on your behalf. there is no way to set up a bank account for direct withdrawal. I should not need to spent 15 minutes setting up a payment system with my bank. I dislike these business practices. Also, they charge a $3.00 "billing fee", just to send you the bill, every month. If you (as a middleman) tack on an extra $3 for no reason beyond "facilitating the transactions", and force me to pay $3 extra, perhaps you dont provide... read more

5 stars given was only for the help & guidance that Carmen provided. As far as the website and navigating through trying to set things up. 1 star, this is too difficult for customers. And when did people start charging customers to pay them? We pay a fee that we are required to absorb when making a required payment. 0 stars for that and 0 stars for setting up an automatic ACH payment because I cannot just input my routing and account#, but also have to supply a voided check to confirm? Billing people 8.07 k gal instead of the county rate 2.07 k gal and then adding additional charges adding 150.50 dollars to a month single bill bring the total to $223.50 for a small unit that we dont even drink the water from the unit .I had a home and outside pool we had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and living room kitchen and dinning room and carport . I would use 3,100 k gal per month .. And in this small 1 bedroom for the month we used 8,070 kgal. Not right treating others dumb.. Compare the utility bills with the county ... read more
