I was always hesitant to switch to VOIP, especially after reading reviews of some of the other VOIP companies, but I am so happy that we went with Think Technologies. My setup and installation was flawless, and the support afterwards is always quick & efficient. We have used them now for about a year and a half maybe two years, and I would highly recommend them.
These gentlemen are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! Although, my IT problems have become fewer and fewer which makes me miss needing their help. Just grateful to have their business.
