I also can't wait to float!! I've floated a couple times, but the closest place was Loveland! I can't wait to have a float center in NKY!! For those who haven't floated, YOU HAVE TO! It is the ultimate experience in relaxation and healing!
I can't wait to try this- it's something as busy adults that gets harder and harder to find- relaxation!
Sorry I'm old fashion but meditation should be done sitting alone in at a relaxing spot watching the sun rise. With my problem with water, Hydro Meditation is not for me.
