We had the absolute best experience with Arthur! He was scheduled to come out and fix our tap, but he went above and beyond and was able to do more. Not only was he incredibly time-efficient and thorough, but he was also flexible when we alluded to an issue with our hot water system. Arthur came over to help with a toilet leak when he had another job in the area. It was so simple that it took him two minutes - but he showed me how to do it myself in future and didn't charge us for the callout. We spent more time chatting after he had finished with the job. It was a pleasure to deal with a competent, honest plumber who is also a nice guy! We will keep his card handy!

Arthur connected my fridge to the water and took his time to explain about the maintenence and went ahead and checked and fixed other plumbing issues in my home. He only charged for the fridge connection. I will highly recommend his service to anyone who needs help with plumbing. Excellent service.
