If you are a property investor as I am, who resides away (1000km away) and trusts your agent to look after your properties DO NOT GO WITH THINK REAL ESTATE. I found property 1 stinking of dog urine, huge bleached areas on timber floors, broken screens and absolute filth. 0 STARS! We had the worst experience dealing with this real estate. Allows friends to rent the same properties he’s hired by property owners to property manage and doesn’t follow industry standards and guidelines enabling his friends to trash and destroy units, steal furniture from furnished rentals, and blames and abuses tradies for his wrong doings.
