I was freaking out when their system glitched and gave a bad review. They have gone out of their way to resolve everything and I am so satisfied with their customer service. They resolved everything quickly and upgraded my system for a very reasonable cost. Thanks very much! Been with them for years and will continue to use them in my business and home.
App almost never worked. Never got notifications for motion on my cameras. The system would be armed but app would say it was disarmed and vice versa. The "24/7" monitoring was completely useless. We had our alarm go off for a solid ten to fifteen minutes from a tripped motion sensor by my cat (which we were told wouldn't set it off) without a single phone call. Don't waste your money. Spend the extra amount to get a better system.

In general I have been happy with my Think Protection service. My only complaint is the quality of the devices they sell is not good. I have had a control panel and an disaster sensor (temp/flood) both have a soldered connection break loose rendering the device useless. If I had not noticed the flood probe had disconnected from the circuit boar of the disaster sensor, I would not have received a notification if there was a water event in my basement, which is 1/2 of the reason I have this service. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. When you call them, no one answers even and the manager calls back. Super rude.
