If you want to think “protection”, don’t think of these guys after 8 years I finally got off their band wagon. I have been calling them for over six months trying to get another system installed in one of my businesses and I can’t even get a call back. My home system has been installed for 8 years. I just wanted to take the time to recognize Jeff. He’s on the technical support team. I’ve had the opportunity and the privilege to deal with him two times regarding my parents alarm system. My parents are elderly and don’t understand all this technology but he was so patient so helpful absolutely amazing customer service and I was fortunate enough to get him as a customer service agent both times !!!!
