When I switched to Auto Owners managed by Wasatch Preferred I immediately had to file a claim when my car was broken into and a bunch of goods were stolen. It was humiliating, but the staff was gracious and expedient. Later, there was a miscommunication between my mortgage company and insurance. Wasatch preferred promtply and kindly resolved it and gave me the reassurance I needed.
