I went there a bit after 6 pm to get my nails done. I asked if they did dip nails. They said only gel which I was ok with. She said it was a 20min wait. I asked to use the bathroom and they said it's for customers only. I told them I wanted my nails done. The woman I spoke with didn't direct me to the bathroom. I asked her if it was in the back and she rudely said yes. I left the bathroom and asked to soak my dip nail coating off and another woman told me it come back tomorrow. The wait was 20 minutes. The lady was super lovely and did a great job removing my nails.
I've only ever had lovely experiences here. Super clean, efficient, high quality and a very kind staff. A little oasis in Soho. Been coming for 6+ years.
Clean salon, good location, nice nail techs, but my Dazzle Dry manicure chipped the very next day and is now peeling like crazy 2 days later. This was a waste of money.
Cute and clean. But 4 nails already have chipped in 3 days. I didn't find there to be a great nail polish selection either. Bummed I picked this place out of everywhere to go for a quick manicure in the city.
