4 sessions. It took 4 sessions. I brought my son to the first, then my wife took him to the 2nd and 3rd. Today is the fourth, and I cannot recognize my son! Coach Rick is a fantastic baseball coach. His fundamental approach to setting a solid foundation and building up systematically has resulted in huge gains for my 8 year old son.
