I have always had exceptional service from THINK Bank since the 1970’s. I have had home and car loans, also personal loans, checking and savings accounts, transfers, account questions (which are many) and have NEVER had a disappointing experience. I agree with other reviews that they truly believe in helping the customer. It seems, like everyone else, they have been stretched thin, but working hard to catch up. Do not bank with them take yourself and your money elsewhere they do a whole lot of illegal stuff and are the most incompetent people you will find don't even do it to yourself Bank elsewhere
The girl with the blonde hair needs an attitude adjustment. If there is a miscommunication with the branch locations that is not the customer’s fault. Of course, being sent on a wild goose chase would frustrate anyone (customer). No need to roll your eyes. Make things better for the customer. This is a customer SERVICE position you signed up for, right?
