Man if I could do a zero, I would. Customer service is awful, the personalization is very belittling, I have been a customer there since 1988 when my parents opened the acct and I am closing it as soon as they release the money that was on hold for 7 days. Think employees need to take a class on customer service and how to treat people. Awful.
