I would like to extend my gratitude to two employees. Brooke and Travis. I have been into check if there were any wheelchairs that were being discarded. I am a trainer and I demonstrate how to safely put a wheelchair into a car boot. Every time they greeted me a smile and were always happy to check if there was anything available. Last minute pick up. Got lost. 4.20 pm and Tamara took booking details and directed us there as we drove while paying over phone. Pulled in at 4.25 loaded up wheelchair and left 2 minutes later job well done. Thank you Tamara
Thanks ILS Tamara and Jonno for the excellent service. We rented a wheelchair from ILS for a fortnight in June’26 in Cairns. They were able to make a few adjustments to the chair to make it more comfortable for my wife. Great holiday in Cairns. Thxs
Recently called ILS chasing a mobility scooter for my father to hire while he had to do some treatments. As soon as I dialed ILS I had the most amazing worker pick up the phone named Tamara. She went absolutely up and beyond for me to sort me out with what I needed. It was a real fresh breath of air and she just made the whole process just super easy which was a huge weight of the shoulders.
