Hired a number of mobility equipment for my mum after her accident with a broken ankle. Had items delivered to Port Douglas with ease and also after hospital discharge had great customer service in store. The staff were very helpful + supportive. Highly recommend!
Have just purchased a mobility scooter. The service was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
We are on holidays for a week here in Cairns from Melbourne and my sons wheelchair tyre got a puncture. Called ILS Cairns first thing in the morning and they arrived within 1.5hrs to fix the tyre and save our day/holidays. Can not thank the team enough for there kind and quick service. Highly recommend
