From the moment I contacted them, they were so kind, helpful, and patient, which made me feel completely supported as I tried a mobility scooter for the very first time. The scooter itself was fantastic, and with their encouragement and guidance, I quickly felt confident maneuvering it through tight spaces and finding a speed that suited me.
