Think Mechanical was fantastic to deal with. They were quick to respond, left the area clean and shower up on time.
I had a very good experience with Think Mechanical. My microwave vent started leaking 2 days before Christmas, and we had guests coming over and couldn't imagine waiting till January to fix it. These guys came out the same day and took a look at it and started working on it to fix it. It's a great company owned by great people that want to help and make a difference. I don't think making money is their priority! I would definitely call them again for any repair work. Highly recommend.
The team at Think Mechanical is very focused on customer service and it shows! They are a passionate and forward-thinking group of individuals with a goal to make your home and business more energy-efficient. Would definitely recommend.
Think Mechanical provided very good customer service. We had a few problems with a hot water system that they installed (which were not their fault) and they responded promptly several times until the problems were rectified. I would deal with them again.
