I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service I received. I had a vinyl floor installed on my deck with what I understood to be a 30-year guarantee. After only five years, the surface started chipping. When I contacted the company, they claimed that it wasn't the vinyl itself that was failing—it was only the topcoat.
