look, the therapy itself is great, genuinely helped with my mindset, and helped set up boundaries that resulted in me leaving this practice. There is an underlying money issue; they say they will send sms reminders of appointments, which they don’t, and they have a 100% payment cancellation policy without flexibility, which sucks. Furthermore, in these circumstances, they contact you roughly 5-7 times a day until you pay, if this was a debt collection it would be considered harassment, shame they don’t put in the same ethic ... read more
Very immoral practice. Booked an appointment with Dr Hughes who I felt would best address my issues, inclusive of an eating disorder concern. Although, Dr Hughes is the Founder of Think Clinical Psychologists and promotes her interest in working with those who have eating difficulties and disorders, I receive a follow up email stating that Dr Hughes was at full capacity and that given my current weight, Dr Hughes was unable to accept my bookings as she would feel it would be unethical. Agree with the review below. TC made me answer a comprehensive questionnaire and then matched me with two psychologists and gave me a choice between them. The psych they matched me with changed my life.
