It's okay. ( Mark ) who helped me open my account was quite rude, he told me I could open my account somewhere else when I was complaining about something that bothered me that the bank had done. I thought banks want your business, they get interest regardless. He also referred to me as unemployed when I'm on leave from work and stated this. Possible racism, I'm unsure but I haven't been treated this poorly by a bank in over 14 plus years.

Every single time I go here, their drive through ATM is not working. EVERY TIME. I have never encountered another ATM anywhere that was out of service as much as this one is.
