Phenomenal service and ease. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that no one is perfect.
I have always had exceptional service from THINK Bank since the 1970’s. I have had home and car loans, also personal loans, checking and savings accounts, transfers, account questions (which are many) and have NEVER had a disappointing experience. I agree with other reviews that they truly believe in helping the customer. It seems, like everyone else, they have been stretched thin, but working hard to catch up.
