I came in to engrave several tumbler like I do every other week for the past year for my clients. My experience before today has always been great. Purely disgusting customer service. I've been waiting for over 2 months for a piece I ordered in the store. I'm still waiting. They open and close the store when ever they want. Also the website says they are open but they only open when the lady feels like coming in to work. But the website says its open when it's clearly not.
