I had to purchase some awards for work here and the manager, Amy, was fantastic at showing me all of my options. Since I was tasked with buying the awards by my boss, I didn't know where to start, but the guidance and help I received from the manager was priceless. The turnaround on the engraving was fast, too. I wish other stores offered this level of customer service and genuine concern regarding my company's purchases. We will be back - brace yourself!
Wow...I have tried twice now to give this place my money. They apparently are rolling in dough and don't need any more business. I can tell by the worn out kiosk in the mall and the overall lack of management or customer service ability. I am pretty sure I met the most horrible woman in the US who was passing herself off as the store manager.
