Dr Zane is very efficient and a great experience! professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me feel better. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I noticed a huge improvement after my visits — less pain, better movement, and overall feeling much better. The office staff was friendly and scheduling was easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about their patients!

Dr. Zane and the whole team at THINC do an amazing job. They are all very knowledgeable and do a great job at explaining everything about the initial assessment to the treatment plan. I’m two months into my treatment plan and feel better, have more mobility and sleeping better. They are all passionate and work hard to get patients back to their baseline so they can live pain free during the day to day. Highly recommend!
I have been seeing Dr. Zane for the last five months for chronic pain in my cervical and lumbar spine. I have had many wonderful chiropractors in my life and was very nervous when I moved to the Greenville area that I would not find a good chiropractor, but I have absolutely found the best!
