I have had the best experience with Thinborne so far. The shipping on my case was quite fast. And after installing the front piece to my Fold 7, I noticed these white specks near the top speaker port. And me being OCD I went ahead and reached out to their customer service. They responded in like 4 hours, and offered to send a replacement for the front the same day. And as for the case in all it is beautiful. Feels like actually woven carbon fiber and covers the phone very well. Good fit too! I would give 6 stars if I could.... read more

I purchased from France, For my z Fold 7, and got in 1 week, an excellent phone protection. The thinnest you can get, nicely fit on the phone, excellent quality. Really beautiful and minimal. Only thing negative, is a bit too small front screen protection delivered with the case.

I placed my order on November 27, and as of today, December 22, the product has still not been shipped. A tracking number was provided, but it has shown no movement since December 3, indicating that the package was never handed over to the carrier. Despite this, the company insists the order was shipped and refuses to issue a refund. Communication is poor, responses are delayed, and responsibility is shifted to the customer instead of resolving the issue. No product, no real shipment, and no refund. I paid for a Pixel 9 case, but even though the box says Pixel 9, the case is obviously too large. Customer service has responded once, but after repeated requests to exchange it for a case that fits, they've gone silent. Scammers.

Absolutely stunning case for my Z fold 7 Didn't know the difference itnqoukd make till after I changed my case to this brand. This is what this phone deserves spectacular and amazing
