I paid for a Pixel 9 case, but even though the box says Pixel 9, the case is obviously too large. Customer service has responded once, but after repeated requests to exchange it for a case that fits, they've gone silent. Scammers.

I purchased a Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold case for my husband this past Christmas. PROS: The case is very thin and looks well constructed. Husband likes the feel and minimalist views the case has to offer. CONS: this case's magsafe ring is NOT very strong, it barely holds either of his two magnetic wallets. The other issue I must not have read prior to purchasing, BUT it does NOT work with either - 1) his 3-in-1 stand charger, or 2) any of our 3 car's wireless chargers. Do not buy from this company!!!! Do not buy from this company!!! I have paid and ordered a case for my Fold 6, never received anything... It can take weeks before they reply when I try to contact them via mail or their website. If they answer I get different answers from different people, one mail said I just had to wait, the other said that i was on a list for a replacement case?? I have a new iPhone 15 Pro and have always used minimalist cases on my phones. I was searching for the perfect case as they always change somewhat when new phone models come out. I purchased this company’s iPhone minimalist case and couldn’t be happier. I have had the case for over a month now and it is an exceptionally nice case. It fits perfect and looks great. The pics of the case show holes for the air port and microphone at the bottom of the phone but my case came with no holes for either. My buddy who works for Samsung says it's a bad idea to cover up either, but especially the air port. Other than it being unusable because of that, it's well built, and as thin and light as a case could possibly get.
