We were off to a good start then he seemed to become lazy .My pool looked great after it was serviced for about 3 months. He then increased his pricing and I believe hired someone that must have worked as a collections person. They started billing me for late fees when my bill wasn’t past due. The person he had handling his billing was worst than any robocaller or bill collector and all for 35.00. I'd like to start off by saying the owner Tim was a very polite and friendly guy. Unfortunately servicing my pool was not a priority for him. After recommending I empty and refill the pool due to hardness, he never got the pool balanced to the point there was no algae growing on the sides of the walls and stairs. He would come out and add chlorine, a couple tabs to the float, leave and not return for 2 weeks. It would clear up for a day or two and then go right back to algae again. Thin Line Pool Service is by far the best pool cleaning service our HOA has ever had. The owner, Tim, takes care of the pool and spa himself. Our last company literally let the pool turn green on several occasions and would blame the weather, our pool's suctioning abilities, employee problems, whatever. As soon as Tim took over, everyone noticed how sparkling the pool was all of a sudden!
