I have been with Thim Auto from the time he opened. The most friendly place with the best service i have ever experienced. He won't rip you off and will save you $$$. I have sent friends to him and they are so happy to have found this garage. It could be a distance out of your way as i live in Gatineau but well worth the drive. 5 Star
Called for a tire swap and was given a spot the next day. Dropped it off, they called a couple hours later. Great friendly service and good price!
We had a hole in our tire. Gave them a quick call to see if we could come by. We showed up a few minutes later and these folks took such good care of us! Repaired our tire on the spot. Super friendly! They mostly communicate in French but that isn’t an issue and shouldn’t stop you from coming!! Fairly priced as well. Thank you guys for taking good care of our car so rapidly!!! Je suis bien heureuse du bon service que j’ai reçu aujourd’hui. Je n’avais même pas de rendez vous et ils se sont occupé de ma voiture dans un temps très raisonnable. Il m’a même offert de me conduire à la maison pendant qu’il travaillait sur ma voiture. En plus , j’ai même été servie en français. Je suis une nouvelle cliente très satisfaite.
