I went to Thile Hair Braiding on 8/8/26, and this was my third time coming to the salon. Unfortunately, I have NEVER been this unhappy with my hair after leaving here. While I was at the salon, I couldn’t see the parts or the overall appearance of the braids in the back of my head. I paid $220 for small waist-length boho braids and trusted that the style would be completed with care and attention to detail. After spending hours in the chair and driving nearly an hour home, I finally had the opportunity to thoroughly look at the back of my head and realized that they played in the back of my head. I got my hair done 2 weeks ago and my hair looks like it’s been done for 2 months ! I asked for smedium and they gave me smedium parts but small braid weave ! Then the small not even cute ! It’s not enough braiding hair my braids is too thin🙄 waste of $200 for sure ! Won’t be back !!!! Also ! Whatever kind of hair they use made my hair itch for days!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

I heard great things about this place. However my experience wasn’t the best. I booked a 9 am appointment and when I arrived it was 9 women already there. Only one braider on my head. I was there from 9-3 and I was told I’d be out in 4 hours. One of the braiders was brushing the other ladies hair out and kept hitting me. Never apologized just continued. Drive over an hour to get my hair done for a rushed poor job that had 3 different people on my head. One of the women got very upset because I asked a certain blend mix for my hair and every time she mix it I kindly ask to add more 613 because I wanted that as the base color she started talking her language with an attitude while the others laughed it made me very uncomfortable.
