currently sitting in a chair here… 4pm. I have been here since 9am. half of my hair isn’t even done. i came here with my friend and she has been done for HOURS. i have watched people walk in AND leave before me. my hair has never taken this long. we asked how long the lady said she didn’t know. she has gotten up for almost 20 minutes???? unacceptable. this will be my last time here.
Do not listen to tik tok! These people at Thile are absolutely vile! I booked my daughter’s hair appointment and her hair wasn’t done until 10 hours later. TEN! When I was promised she would have 2-3 braiders working on her hair. They had us picking her up super early in the morning (2am). I even had to drop her off food because they were taking too long. She was miserable and the hair quality was terrible! Do not ever go here. The staff were rude, dismissive, and inept. Go anywhere else possible before you go here.
Been there several times they use to be great . Last time around 2/13/26 I had 3 people on my head . All my braids looks different and I feel like the front was rushed it looks the worse . Idk if it’s new people in there but they are doing rush jobs possibly too many customers ?
Came & got my hair braided the 16th , braids are so loose & look old already . not even two weeks in & my back braids are slipping out
It was cool if you can handle being in a tight space and having multiple people in your head. It’s also a lot of people in a tight space. They give you a table to put your things on. They usually get you straight in if you have an appointment. I didn’t wait at all I got straight in the chair. I got small knotless boho braids and it took about 6/7 hours. It wasn’t bad at all. Will return again. I say 8/10 . I paid $270 with hair included I definitely will be returning . And I love my braids
