I would never go back to them ! I arrived at 4 they didn’t start on my hair until 5 and didn’t get done until 11. I asked for small knotless but you can see all my knots and the parts are different sizes. On tiktok there’s all great reviews but don’t let that fool you. Don’t go here if you care about how your hair looks. I’m pissed I wasted my hard earned money.
My daughter’s appointment was at 4pm. She didn’t get seated until 5pm. Her hair wasn’t finished until almost 2am. If they didn’t have enough braiders to get customers out in a timely manner, they should have communicated that. I would’ve never made the appointment. I had the stylist I don’t know her name it may be Fatima she was fairly slow doing my hair when I asked if I could have someone else she ignored me then proceeded to braid my hair tighter and tighter the first braider I had on my hair was great she did great work but the Second Lady was very hostile they changed languages as though I didn’t understand calling me out my name once I complained about my hair no being done after having a 4 o clock appointment and not getting sat until 6 pm then not leaving the shop until 1 :30 a... read more
My daughter was there from 830am til 430 pm. Her braids look a mess day 3 all the front braids are hanging and they have knots. Her parts are not straight. Now she is away at school and have to get her hair redone. Terrible service. I wish she would of called me in the process because I would of made them stop. Still waiting on a call back from the manager Asia. Do not go here they are horrible!
