Courteous, gentle with our cat, and had a genuine concern for his well-being. I'm editing this a year later. All the above is true, they were very gentle with my cat. The problem is, when my cat was sick and near the end, and we had to put him to sleep we asked for some sort of medicine to calm him for the drive to the office. Because he was so stressed and scared. They told us to crush up allergy medicine and put it in his food. It did not work. Dr Julie was amazing. The staff were slightly unorganized but nice enough. The reason for the 2 star review is I called and was quoted a price of $60 for a lab test (CMP) and was charged $110.
Great staff and vet! Great experience.
Ark Animal Hospital was absolutely amazing. I had to bring my girl in to cross the rainbow bridge and they were so compassionate and welcoming to us. They took great care of her and made her feel so special. Will be bringing all of my animals here from on out.
