Extremely rude lady answered the phone called in for a quote since I am comparing shop by shop I asked a question about installing part she immediately cut me off and said we don't install Parts brought in when I asked the cost it would be through them she hung up. your loss on business
This is one of the very very best places in Avondale to have your automobile repaired. I just finished getting my car repaired as the result of AZ emissions testing, and the owners bent over backwards to give me excellent service! Everyone should come here! This is the way every auto repair service should do business . . . EXCELLENTLY! And the price is right!
These people are very short and rude with no care. No bathrooms, too, so if you're stuck there, good luck. They shooed me away before they even listened to me. I feel the past 3 years they became sour.
Very honest and trustworthy - won’t perform unnecessary work or charge you for anything not done. Small shop with the owners and another employee so you know who is doing the work.
Have not had a bad interaction with Brad or Dory they've been really great when it comes to helping me and my families car, they are affordable, and informative. Thank you guys we appreciate your services.
