Rude, unprofessional, and terrible customer service; I do not recommend if you want to work with a reliable professional. All seemed well at first, but there was a confusion about scheduling and payment, so he did not fix my refrigerator at our originally scheduled time. When I called back to figure out the confusion, he said he wanted to be paid in full up front, which I wasn't against but asked for a written invoice. He then got upset, told me to find a different repair man, and hung up the phone.

Didn't hear him knock, didn't call. When I called to ask if he was coming he said he already did and when explained, he cancelled appointment and refused to reschedule.

We have always used Eldridge repair services. He is always timely, very knowledgeable and is honest. His prices are fair and he will tell you ways to avoid creating problems with the appliance in the future. He gives great advice! Highly recommend!
