Thielman’s provided quick and thorough service on our 2016 Honda. They maintained strong communication and were transparent with the repair process. We will definitely use Thielman’s again in the future.
I made an appointment online at 8:30am for 10:30. Collins was able to see me that same day. Booking online was very accurate and easy. He fixed my radiator and worked with my warranty company. He was even nice enough to give me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait around the shop or catch a ride share. He’s definitely my go-to mechanic!
I've known Colin for over 10 years and he's always been knowledgeable with cars. Just recently I had a problem with my tire going flat, and he was able to fit me in the SAME DAY! He was quick and fixed the problem immediately. I was in and out within 20 minutes. He's always been very responsive and competitive with his prices.
Hands down the best mechanic I ever had my car with! I have a 2017 ford explorer sport that needed a blown turbo replaced. Colin def saved me! Shops around me said about 5 grand. I got the car from auto lenders in Dec 2022, worst mistake of my life. Next year I had my car for about total 3 months. Front turbo blew, catalytic converters ruined and sensors. I heard that Thielman’s basically did house calls, so when my mom’s battery died and we couldn’t get it jumped I knew who to reach out to! Colin was quick to respond and it was a pleasure speaking with him about scheduling. Not only was he able to come out quickly, he got the job done in no time. He saved us A LOT of money and hassle! I can’t thank him enough, he definitely has a repeat customer!
