We were very happy with the care Dr. Scott Thielen provided for my 87 year old dad on a recent emergency room visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, calm, and provided the necessary next steps in our search for appropriate care for my dad. We appreciated his genuine, understanding nature given our situation. Thank you Dr. Thielen and the care team working this past weekend!
I am extremely disappointed in the care that I received under Dr. Thielen's care yesterday at Burnsville Ridges E.R. The nurses were wonderful, but I felt that I was not listened to when I mentioned possible Strep to Dr. Thielen. He barely looked in my throat and barely felt my glands on the sides of my neck.
