I am extremely disappointed in the care that I received under Dr. Thielen's care yesterday at Burnsville Ridges E.R. The nurses were wonderful, but I felt that I was not listened to when I mentioned possible Strep to Dr. Thielen. He barely looked in my throat and barely felt my glands on the sides of my neck.
