I have thoroughly enjoyed my fitness program with Thiele Fitness 406! I’ve done the “gym thing” since the early 80’s; some good, some not-so-good. Stephanie is on-point...understands my needs and objectives and I appreciate the proactive, positive experience I've had over the past 18 months working with her. She is completely invested in my success and I am eternally grateful. At 65 years old, I feel better, healthier, stronger and more focused on my physical wellbeing than I have in decades.
I love Stephanie's gym! It's clean and private so I always feel comfortable when I'm working out. Stephanie is also a great resource for advice on nutrition, form and adjustment exercises.
Stephanie is great. The facility is always clean and they offer great variety.
Greatly appreciate the personalized plans and one-on-one training to address specific goals. Stephanie is knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor, but she pushes you to reach your goals!
